MyAutomation was founded to fullfil Customers needs of handling systems for the electronic production. The Company can supply every kind of automation systems to complete production lines, from the easiest to the most elaborate ones. Thanks to its engineering department, which uses the most advanced tools for development and 3D design, My Automation can offer high quality standards, fast conceiving times and a wide customization of the modules.
The internal production department assures the possibility to put on trial every single machine in its entire working cycle; systems development and later upgrades can be also available. An experience of more than ten years gives MyAutomation team the necessary know-how to find always the most efficient solution and to solve any production issue.
The range of products
MyAutomation manufactures loader/unloaders, conveyors, buffers, shuttles, and has a wide range of standard handling systems as well as an infinite number of other customized solutions. Two different lines have been conceived to satisfy every production request: EasyLine has a great price/performance ratio and it is the ideal solution for standard lines with reduced PCB dimensions; MyLine, thanks to its high flexibility, guarantees optimal performances and it is able to fullfil every handling need. Every MyAutomation system is able to handle every kind of PCB; non-SMEMA interface and specific software development can be provided on demand. MyAutomation supplies soldering carrier lines with customized configurations, which can be adapted to all wave and selective soldering machine in the market. Soldering lines can solve every PCB production cycle need that involves manual assembly, by optimizing carrier logistics and single boards handling.
The availability of barcode readers and codifications enables carriers to be addressed to specific areas; soldering programs can be automatically selected and elaborate mounting cycles can be realized. This structure enables the operators to work in-line (sequential assembly) or with working areas that vary in complexity; after the soldering process is also possible to have rework and final assembly areas. Specific tools can be available to complete the working stations.
Wide customization
MyAutomation can also manufacture customized systems for special applications, as dispensing, odd-shape component mounting, screwing and marking. In co-operation with the Customer, MyAutomation can find out the best configuration for every production line. The technical department assures fast answers and a high quality maintenance; thanks to a wide warehouse the spare parts can be supplied within few hours.
